My aerial teaching style is rooted in safety, body awareness, and sustainable technique, while always leaving space for curiosity and creativity. I focus on building strong foundations and clear understanding of movement, encouraging students to work with their individual bodies rather than forcing shapes or aesthetics. I aim to create an environment where students feel supported, challenged, and confident to progress at their own pace, with clear verbal cues, hands-on spotting when appropriate, and adaptable exercises for different levels and abilities.
As a performer and multidisciplinary artist, I bring a creative and expressive perspective into my classes, encouraging students to explore musicality, flow, and personal style alongside technical skill. I value inclusive, respectful teaching and strive to make my classes welcoming for people of diverse backgrounds, genders, and body types. Whether teaching beginners or advanced students, my goal is to empower them to move with strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their own physical and creative potential.
