About Our Classes

Aerial Yin Yoga
Aerial Yin Yoga is a slow, gentle, and deeply restorative practice that offers a unique way to unwind and reconnect with your body by combining the grounding principles of yin yoga with the soothing support of aerial movement. The calming pace helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep rest and mental clarity. Aerial Yin Yoga improves flexibility, supports joint mobility, and provides a natural fascia massage through the gentle pressure of the hammock.
This practice is perfect for anyone looking to slow down, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of balance — both physically and emotionally.

Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga is a unique and dynamic practice that offers many benefits. The combination of traditional yoga poses with the support of a silk hammock makes this exercise accessible to people of all fitness backgrounds. Aerial yoga enhances flexibility, strength, and balance by allowing deeper stretches and engaging stabilizing muscles. It also decompresses the spine, relieving pressure and improving posture.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, integrating aerial yoga into your routine will benefit you!
-
Pilates
There are plenty of benefits to practicing pilates regularly! Pilates is not only a great way to build strength and mobility, but it also adds an element of fun and relaxation to your fitness routine. The exercises are helping to improve flexibility, core strength, and posture. Pilates engages deep stabilizing muscles, enhancing balance and coordination.
